Future Cell Phone Technology

Cell phones comes in a variety of different styles from various manufacturers. Some common cell phones would include flip phones and candy bar phones. They will also comes in a variety of shapes and sizes and colors

You can use your cell phone to make calls, send text messages, take pictures, download ringtones, play games, surf the Internet, listened to music and watch television these are some of the things that we presently use their cell phones for I think the word cell phone is slowly and surely been replaced with Smartphone because over the years they have come from simply allowing us to make a voice call to many other things that I have just listed above.

Some of those just take this for granted but if you think back maybe 10 years ago today is cell phones could not have been dreamt of, so what is the future of cell phones and what lies ahead for cell phone manufacturers.

Free cell phones - maybe I'm dreaming here but what I see happening is your cell phone could be sponsored so it will comes with a branded faceplates, screensavers. Background images and you will receive some text messages during the day trying to sell your products. It would be an interesting theory that this ever happens but as I say it's just an idea for the future of the marketplace.

Application stores - it's kind of already massive at the moment with the likes of Apple and the Apple application store but more and more cell phone manufacturers are beginning to introduce this service. Basically this is the foreseeable future for lots of cell phone manufacturers where they will not just mass-produced cell phones they will also produce applications, software and games that will work exclusively with that phone.

All in all the technology within cell phones is changing almost every day by the time you read this someone else will have come out with something newer.
